“MES助力智能制造过程控制:MES管理生产订单的整个生产流程,通过对生产过程的所有突发事件实时监控,自动纠正生产过程中的错误或提供决策支持,以实现生产调度要求;在出现异常或与生产计划偏离太大时,及时反馈相关人员使其采取相应的措施。任务派工:MES在生产计划完成后,自动生成任务派工单,根据生产设备实际加工能力的变化,制定并优化生产的具体过程及各设备的详细操作顺序

数据对接方案

集成方案是整个轻易云集成平台的核心，每一个集成方案代表一种业务的对接策略（对接方案借鉴可以在轻易云系统数据集成交流社区bbs.qeasy.cloud 中找到相关信息），用户可以根据业务的不同新建多个不同规则的集成方案。比如：采购订单同步，线上销售出库同步，线下销售出库同步。一个集成方案必须要配置源系统：四化智造MES（WEB），源系统 API：余料入库查询（入库记录查询），目标系统：金蝶云星空，目标系统 API其他入库新增。在新增集成方案之前需要确定两个系统的连接器都已经配置完成。
