Syncing Xiaoman Specs to Lingmao Colors: A Practical Guide for One Integration Strategy

What This Strategy Solves

A retail enterprise uses Xiaoman OKKICRM on the front end for customer and product data, and Lingmao on the back end for the merchandising backbone. Both systems must maintain a shared set of attribute master data such as colors, sizes, and specs. Previously, operations staff entered the same data manually into both systems, and three months later five color codes had changed in the CRM while the ERP still showed the old ones, so orders could not pick a valid color. This strategy has one goal only: push spec-attribute changes from Xiaoman to Lingmao in one direction, automatically, and with a traceable history, so there is a single source of truth for attribute master data.

Data Flow and Field Mapping

The pipeline is Xiaoman OKKICRM → Qeasy middleware layer → Lingmao, and the core is a query–map–write flow on attributes.

The source is GET /v1/product/sku-attribute-list, which pulls the spec-attribute list from Xiaoman. Key fields are item_id (primary key), item_name (spec name), system_flag, order_rank, and field_type. The target is POST /v1/baseconfig/updatecolor, which maintains the specs as a "color" dimension in Lingmao.

The middleware layer lives inside the Qeasy platform and performs the mapping. The typical field mapping is shown below:

Business meaningXiaoman sourceLingmao targetHandling
Attribute IDitem_ididPass-through, used as unique key
Attribute nameitem_namecode / nameSame value written to both code and name
Enable statussystem_flagstatuzConstant-mapped to 1 (enabled)
Sort orderorder_rankseqPass-through, default 1 if null
Attribute typefield_typedescWritten to description for traceability

Both the source and target use idCheck=true, which means idempotency is enforced on id on each side. Duplicate pushes will not create dirty data.

How to Configure It on Qeasy

In the Qeasy data integration platform, this strategy only needs two nodes on the canvas.

First, the source fetch node: choose Xiaoman OKKICRM as the platform, pick the API /v1/product/sku-attribute-list, method GET, with autoFillResponse=true. The platform automatically absorbs the response schema into the metadata, so later field references can be written as {{item_id}} and {{item_name}} without manually filling the mapping structure.

Second, the target write node: choose Lingmao as the platform, pick the API /v1/baseconfig/updatecolor, method POST, and fill in the request fields with the mapping above. statuz uses a string constant 1 as fallback, and seq defaults to 1 when order_rank is not available.

No transformation script is required between the two nodes; Qeasy field expressions are sufficient. A configuration like this—"one source query plus one target write"—can usually be running within an hour of going live.

Implementation Steps

We split the rollout into four phases to avoid a one-shot full sync that disturbs both systems.

Step 1, define the incremental anchor. Freeze a current spec snapshot on the Xiaoman side, record the maximum item_id and the latest order_rank as the anchor between the first full sync and the later incremental switch. It is best to store this anchor in Qeasy strategy parameters, not inside scripts.

Step 2, trigger the first full sync. Run a manual full sync to push every existing spec to Lingmao in a single pass. After it finishes, verify the attribute count on the Lingmao side matches Xiaoman, then enable the schedule.

Step 3, set the schedule. Leave the strategy's crontab empty and let the Qeasy scheduler drive it: one round every 7–8 minutes during working hours, lower frequency or stopped at night. The source fetch runs every 7 minutes and the target write every 8 minutes, with a one-minute stagger to reduce concurrent pressure on both endpoints.

Step 4, attach monitoring and alerts. On Qeasy, attach retry-with-exponential-backoff (3 attempts), null-value alerts, and id conflict alerts to this strategy. When any alert fires, first check whether the source item_id has duplicates or rewinds, then inspect the target response code—do not blindly retry the push.

Lessons From the Field

Pitfall 1: a same-name field is misused as a code. The code field on Lingmao is documented as a "size code," but in this strategy it was reused as a "spec name." The first sync dumped item_name straight in, and operations immediately flagged "why is the code in Chinese?" The safe approach is to confirm the real business meaning of code on the target first, and only reuse it if that is acceptable; otherwise add a dedicated code field.

Pitfall 2: a default-enabled value overrides the source status. system_flag on the source is ambiguous, while statuz on the target was hard-coded to 1, so specs that were already disabled in Xiaoman still appeared as enabled in Lingmao. The fix is to map system_flag explicitly to statuz, and only write 1 when the source is confirmed enabled.

Pitfall 3: null order_rank breaks sorting. The source occasionally returns order_rank=null; passing it through causes abnormal sorting on the Lingmao side. The middleware must add a null fallback, such as defaulting to 1 or sending nulls to the end of the queue.

Pitfall 4: missing dependency declaration triggers early runs. In some deployments this strategy is a prerequisite for "product master sync." If it runs concurrently before the upstream finishes, the item_id will not yet have a matching product on Lingmao. The safe approach is to declare depends_on explicitly in Qeasy so that the upstream completes before this strategy starts.

When It Fits and When It Does Not

It fits: one-way attribute master-data sync between CRM and ERP, with a small field count (<20), low change frequency, and idempotency keyed by id. It does not fit: bidirectional sync, large field divergence, historical version rollback, or scenarios where the source has no stable primary key. In those cases it is better to upgrade to a full object-level master-data solution rather than rely on a single attribute sync strategy.
